HISTORY
Harvest Prime was formed through the combination of Hudson Harvest and Antonucci Foods. Founded in 2011, Hudson Harvest developed a trusted local sourcing network that connects more than 70 farms and small producers with customers throughout the Northeast. Antonucci Foods, founded in 1982, brought more than four decades of experience distributing produce, seafood and specialty food products across retail and foodservice channels.
The platform expanded in 2025 when Syracuse Banana joined the Harvest Prime family. Founded as a banana house in 1966, Syracuse Banana evolved into a full-line produce distributor serving more than 500 customers across Central and Upstate New York. Together, these businesses bring distinct histories, deep supplier relationships and specialized regional expertise to one unified food distribution organization.
