Elevation Outdoors Secures $9.7M in Financing from Mizzen Capital

Talus Holdings is proud to celebrate another important milestone for Elevation Outdoors as the growing commercial landscaping platform has secured $9.7 million in new financing from Mizzen Capital.

The financing, completed July 15, 2026, includes a term loan and equity investment and provides Elevation Outdoors with additional capital to support its continued growth through both strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.

For a platform that has already made significant progress building its presence across the Southeast, the investment represents another vote of confidence in the Elevation Outdoors team, its strategy and the opportunity ahead.

Elevation Outdoors is a veteran-owned and operated landscaping platform focused on building a network of high-quality commercial landscaping businesses across the Southeast.

The company has grown by partnering with established local businesses that bring talented teams, strong customer relationships and reputations for dependable service. Rather than losing what makes those companies successful, Elevation Outdoors seeks to provide the resources, operational support and broader platform capabilities that can help them reach their next stage of growth.

That strategy has already established Elevation Outdoors across Georgia and Tennessee.

Most recently, Elevation Outdoors expanded into Tennessee through its acquisition of Holman & Holman Landscapes, following earlier partnerships with respected Georgia landscaping businesses including Fischer Landscape and All Outdoor Lawn Services.

Together, these businesses are creating a stronger regional organization with expanded capabilities in recurring landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancements and project-based landscaping services.

The new financing from Mizzen Capital gives Elevation Outdoors additional flexibility as it continues executing its growth strategy.

Mizzen Capital is a private credit investment platform that provides financing to U.S.-based private companies, including capital intended to support acquisitions, working capital requirements and other growth initiatives.

In announcing the transaction, Mizzen highlighted the significant consolidation opportunity within the fragmented commercial landscaping industry and the platform’s potential to continue expanding through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
