Talus Holdings is proud to celebrate another important milestone for Riverview Landscapes: the acquisition of the landscaping and snow management business of Irrigation and Landscape Management, Inc. (ILM), a respected landscaping and irrigation provider based in Parsippany, New Jersey.

The acquisition expands Riverview’s landscaping and irrigation capabilities in northern New Jersey while welcoming an experienced team with more than 25 years of service in the region. It also represents Riverview’s 19th acquisition since 2022, continuing the company’s thoughtful growth across the Northeast.

Founded by Steven Raibick more than 25 years ago, ILM has built a strong reputation by helping commercial and residential clients care for their landscapes and outdoor environments. Its services have included commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation design and installation, drainage solutions, fertilization, weed control and snow management.

That broad expertise complements Riverview’s existing capabilities and will help the company deliver even greater value to customers throughout northern New Jersey. By combining ILM’s local knowledge and specialized irrigation experience with Riverview’s resources and regional service network, the partnership creates new opportunities to support properties with greater efficiency, consistency and care.

The transition also preserves important leadership and operational experience. Raibick will remain involved with Riverview in a consulting role, while longtime ILM manager Alex Alonso will join Riverview’s Bergen County branch as Operations Manager. Raibick will independently continue supporting select longtime ILM customers whose relationships are limited to irrigation services.

This structure provides continuity for employees and customers while positioning the acquired landscaping and snow management operations for long-term growth within Riverview.

The ILM business joins On-Site Landscape Management, Florence Landscaping and North Jersey Landcare within Riverview’s Northern New Jersey Region. Together, these companies give Riverview a stronger local presence and a deeper range of expertise to serve commercial properties, residential clients and organizations throughout the market.

ILM’s addition is particularly valuable because of the team’s experience across both landscape maintenance and water-management services. Effective irrigation and drainage are essential to the health, appearance and long-term performance of a property. Adding this specialized knowledge strengthens Riverview’s ability to provide coordinated solutions rather than treating each landscaping need in isolation.

The partnership also reflects Riverview’s approach to expansion: working with established local businesses whose teams, customer relationships and reputations provide a strong foundation for future growth. These businesses retain the experience and service mindset that made them successful while gaining access to the resources and support of a larger regional organization.

Riverview Landscapes provides landscaping and snow management services to thousands of customers across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. With nearly 700 employees, the company serves commercial properties, community associations, institutions, municipalities and homeowners throughout the region.
