It also represents Riverview’s 20th acquisition since 2022—an exciting achievement for a platform built around strong local companies, experienced leaders and exceptional customer service.

Founded by Bob and Linda Kraft, Meticulous Landscaping has earned an outstanding reputation for quality, reliability and attentive service. The company is particularly well known for providing landscape maintenance services to homeowners associations throughout Ocean County.

Serving an HOA requires consistency, clear communication and an understanding of how landscaping contributes to the experience of an entire community. Meticulous has built lasting customer relationships by delivering on those expectations and taking pride in the properties entrusted to its team, making the company a natural addition to Riverview.

The partnership will allow the Meticulous team to continue providing the level of service its customers expect while gaining access to additional resources, capabilities and opportunities for growth through Riverview.

As part of the acquisition, Riverview is establishing a new Ocean County branch led by Steven Miller, who has been with Meticulous for 20 years. His experience, local knowledge and longstanding relationships will provide important continuity for customers and employees as the businesses come together.

The new branch will help Riverview serve more properties in Ocean County while expanding the landscape maintenance and property enhancement support available to local clients. Customers gain the capabilities of a growing regional provider while continuing to benefit from familiar leadership and the service standards that have defined Meticulous.

Meticulous joins Elite Landscaping, McHugh’s Landscaping, Nature Scape and Young’s Landscape Management within Riverview’s Southern New Jersey Region. Each company contributes its own history, relationships and strengths to the regional platform. Meticulous adds valuable experience serving homeowners associations and reinforces Riverview’s ability to support community properties with reliable, professional landscape care.
