The acquisition expands Riverview’s Greater Westchester County branch, increases its local service capacity and adds a business with more than 35 years of experience in the community. It also marks Riverview’s 27th acquisition since the company was founded in 2022.

Founded by Alex Bronzo and Frank Bruno in 1989, B&B has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality landscaping and snow services throughout Westchester County. The company serves a mix of commercial and residential customers through landscape maintenance, property enhancements and snow management.

Over more than three decades, Alex and Frank have established lasting customer relationships and built a business deeply rooted in the community. Their commitment to quality and dependable service aligns closely with Riverview’s approach and makes B&B a natural addition to its growing New York operations.

The founders first met with Riverview more than a year before completing the transaction. That time allowed both sides to develop a relationship, understand one another’s priorities and confirm their shared commitment to customers, employees and long-term success.
