Allan brings a valuable combination of entrepreneurial, operational and analytical experience to the position. Prior to joining the Elevation Outdoors leadership team, Allan was an owner of Fischer Landscape, the Georgia-based landscaping company that became part of Elevation Outdoors in 2026.
Talus Holdings is pleased to congratulate Allan Coalla (pictured below) on his appointment as Director, Strategy and Development at Elevation Outdoors, a growing landscape services platform serving customers across the Southeastern United States.
Allan brings a valuable combination of entrepreneurial, operational and analytical experience to the position. Prior to joining the Elevation Outdoors leadership team, Allan was an owner of Fischer Landscape, the Georgia-based landscaping company that became part of Elevation Outdoors in 2026.
At Fischer Landscape, Allan gained firsthand experience building and operating a service business while working closely with customers, employees and his family to grow the company. That operator perspective will be particularly valuable as Elevation Outdoors continues to expand through partnerships with established landscaping businesses and the entrepreneurs behind them.
From operator to platform leader
Allan’s background extends beyond the landscaping industry. Before focusing on the family business, he worked in data science and developed experience in analytics and data-driven decision making. He also attended Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany and has pursued additional education in areas including analytics modeling and relational databases.
That combination of analytical capability and hands-on operating experience makes Allan well suited to support the next phase of Elevation Outdoors’ growth.
As Director, Strategy and Development, Allan will help Elevation Outdoors identify and evaluate opportunities to strengthen and expand the platform while supporting the disciplined, long-term approach to growth that has guided the company to date.
His appointment also demonstrates one of the principles behind the Talus Holdings model: great businesses are built by great people. As platforms grow, our goal isn’t simply to provide capital for acquisitions. We want to create opportunities for talented entrepreneurs and operators to take on greater responsibilities and continue building alongside us.

The platform welcomed Fischer Landscape in 2026, strengthening its presence in Georgia, and has continued expanding its footprint in the Southeast. Each partnership adds new capabilities and experienced leaders who can contribute to the broader organization.
Allan’s transition into a platform-level strategy and development role is a strong example of that approach in action.
