Outcome
In 2018, Basin Material Handling embarked on a rigorous implementation of lean manufacturing principles. Frequent kaizen (or continuous improvement) workshops were conducted over a multi-year period leading to a dramatic improvement in profitability and business performance. BMH’s performance transformation was recognized by Toyota as the team received the packaging supplier of the year award for the last 4 years.
